GogoMediKorea ("the Company") operates a medical tourism information platform application for international users ("the App"). We value your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used and protected. The App is a hybrid application that primarily displays the website gogomedikorea.com inside an in-app browser (WebView).
1. Information We Collect

When using Guest mode, no Google / Apple account information is collected. However, the push notification token and device information listed above are collected on every device that runs the App, regardless of login; guest sessions are stored without an account identifier. With Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email (private relay). The App does not require a separate sign-up.
2. How We Use Information
- Providing and operating the medical tourism information service
- Sending event and announcement push notifications
- Delivering individually targeted push notifications and managing registered devices
- User identification via Google / Apple login
- Customer support and service improvement
3. Retention Period
Personal information is deleted without delay once its purpose is achieved or upon the user's deletion or account-withdrawal request, except where retention is required by applicable law for the period specified therein. When you disable push notifications, the stored push token and its associated device information are deleted from our database without delay.
4. Third Parties & Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We engage the following processors for the limited purposes below:

5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. You can disable push notifications in the app's notification settings or in your device settings.
6. Cookies & the Website
The App displays gogomedikorea.com inside an in-app browser (WebView). Cookies and similar data generated on web pages are handled under the website's own policy.
7. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page.
